Sena AI is operated by Pacific Wave Digital (Vanuatu) with partner operations in Ghana. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

Without an account: your conversations are stored only on your own device (in your browser). We do not see or keep them on our servers.

With an account: we store your email address and, if you choose to save them, your conversations and library items — so they sync across your devices. You can delete any conversation or your whole account at any time.

Content you submit: text you type, audio you record for transcription, and images you upload are sent to our AI providers to produce your result, then handled as described below.

How the AI works with your data

To answer you, we send your messages to trusted AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs) over encrypted connections. These providers process the content to generate the response and do not use it to train their models under the API terms we operate on. Generated images and videos are stored so you can download and share them.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not show advertising based on your conversations. We do not read your chats except when you explicitly share one with us for support or send a correction to improve the language.

Language improvement

Ewe corrections and feedback you deliberately send us may be reviewed by our native-speaker team to improve glossaries and translations. This is always an explicit action — never something taken silently from your chats.

Storage & security

Account data is stored with Supabase (hosted infrastructure with row-level security, so only you can read your own rows) and protected in transit with TLS. Audio for voice features is processed and not retained beyond producing your result.

Your rights

You can export or delete your conversations in the app, and you can request full account deletion at any time by emailing us. We answer within 14 days.

Children

The service is intended for users aged 13 and above. Accounts for younger children should be managed by a parent or guardian.
